P2P collects information that can be divided into the following categories: Software Product Purchase, Activation and Registration. When a customer purchases any of P2P's products, we collect and store some or all of the following information; name, address, telephone number, and email address. We use this information to send you communications, including product updates, new product/services news, informative newsletters, and special offers. P2P keeps your Personally Identifiable Information confidential and does not rent, sell, trade or exchange mailing lists with any organization. P2P maintains this information and will only disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties if acting under good faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) conform to legal requirements; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of P2P; or (3) enforce the P2P Terms of Service Agreement. During installation, customers will be prompted to activate their product as part of the registration process. Activation requires a unique key code that will be verified as valid. While registration is optional, activation is required in order for the product to access to program or subscription updates. No personally identifiable information is required to activate a product. P2P DOES NOT store credit card information. If a user chooses to purchase the software online using a credit card, the credit card information is sent to P2P using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, making it completely unreadable as it travels over the Internet.
